1. Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using Motion Transfer ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.

The following uses are always prohibited, regardless of consent:
• Face-swap, deepfake, face reenactment, or facial manipulation

• Attempting to bypass, disable, or undermine content moderation, safety filters, or access controls
• Using multiple accounts to evade enforcement actions
10. Moderation & Enforcement
We moderate original prompts, template prompts, AI-expanded prompts, and uploaded media before credit deduction and task creation. Prompts are screened through the Creem Moderation API; images and videos are checked server-side for people/faces, with video frame sampling. Detection failure, service errors, or any detected person/face result in default rejection. Moderation rejections do not consume credits. We retain limited moderation audit records while avoiding full sensitive prompt logs.
11. Appeals and Reporting
If you believe your content or account was incorrectly flagged or restricted:
• Contact us at support@motion-transfer.com with details of the affected content or action
• Provide your account email and a description of the situation
• We will review your appeal and respond within a reasonable timeframe
