Terms of Service

By accessing and using Motion Transfer ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Motion Transfer is a reference-guided AI video creation service for products, objects, and environments, including product video, scene remix, and object animation workflows. The Service does not provide human motion transfer, real-person reference workflows, avatars, virtual humans, spokesperson workflows, identity preservation, face-swap, deepfake, face reenactment, identity replacement, or any facial manipulation capabilities.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You represent that you have all necessary rights to uploaded product, object, environment, video, music, or other materials. You must not upload materials containing people or faces for generation. You must not reverse engineer, extract, or bypass the Service models, moderation, safety, or access controls.

The Motion Transfer platform, software, models, and branding are protected by intellectual property rights. Users retain ownership of their original uploaded content. You may use content generated through the Service subject to applicable law, third-party rights, these Terms, and any restrictions disclosed at the time of purchase. The Motion Transfer name, logo, and branding remain our exclusive property. You grant us a limited license to use uploaded and generated content solely for providing and improving the Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You are strictly prohibited from using the Service to create, upload, or distribute: • Any face-swap, deepfake, face reenactment, identity replacement, impersonation-style lip sync, or facial manipulation, regardless of consent • Any human motion transfer, real-person reference, avatar, virtual human, spokesperson, or identity preservation workflow • Uploads or generation requests containing people or faces • NSFW, pornographic, nude, or sexually suggestive content • Any sexual or exploitative content involving minors • Impersonation, deception, defamation, harassment, hate, threats, extremism, or illegal content • Content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other third-party rights • Fraud, misinformation, spam, or attempts to bypass safety measures These prohibitions apply regardless of whether a depicted person, rights holder, or third party has consented.

Motion Transfer sells one-time credit packs and does not offer subscriptions or monthly credit commitments. Each 4-10 second Motion Transfer render costs 45 credits. Moderation rejections occur before credit deduction and task creation and do not consume credits. Commercial use is available only subject to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, and your necessary rights to all input materials.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. AI-generated outputs may vary in quality, accuracy, and consistency. Users should independently review all AI-generated content before publication or distribution.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Motion Transfer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of data, content, revenue, or business opportunities.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Refund eligibility upon termination is governed by our Refund Policy.
